حَدَّثَنا زيد بن أخزم الطائي حَدَّثَنا أبو داود حَدَّثَنا أيوب بن عتبة عن أبي كثير عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يتفرقاوَهَذَا الحديثُ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ من غير وجه ثمامة بن حزن اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يتفرقاوَهَذَا الحديثُ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ من غير وجه ثمامة بن حزن
English Translation
Zayd ibn Akhzam al-Ta'i narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, Ayyub ibn Utbah narrated to us from Abu Kathir from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "The two parties to a sale have the option [to cancel] as long as they have not separated." This hadith has been narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) through other routes, [including through] Thumamah ibn Hazn.
