حَدَّثنا يوسف بن موسي حَدَّثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْجَهْمِ حَدَّثنا عَمْرو بْنُ أَبِي قَيْسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عُمَر بْنِ نَبْهَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَن أَنَس أَنَّ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ الْبَيْتَ الَّذِي يُقْرَأُ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ يَكْثُرُ خَيْرُهُ وَالْبَيْتُ الَّذِي لا يُقْرَأُ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ يَقِلُّ خَيْرُهُتَفَرَّدَ بِهِ أَنَسٌ مُبَارَكُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْهُ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ الْبَيْتَ الَّذِي يُقْرَأُ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ يَكْثُرُ خَيْرُهُ وَالْبَيْتُ الَّذِي لا يُقْرَأُ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ يَقِلُّ خَيْرُهُتَفَرَّدَ بِهِ أَنَسٌ مُبَارَكُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْهُ
English Translation
Yusuf ibn Musa narrated to us, Abdullah ibn al-Jahm narrated to us, Amr ibn Abi Qays narrated to us, from Abd Rabbihi ibn Abdullah, from Umar ibn Nabhan, from al-Hasan, from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him), that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «Indeed, the house in which the Quran is recited has its goodness increase, and the house in which the Quran is not recited has its goodness decrease.» Anas alone narrated it. Mubarak ibn Fadalah narrated from al-Hasan, from him.
