حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَالِكٍ قَالَ نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ الصَّائِغُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَخْرَجَ شَيْئًا مِنْ حَدِّهِ فَأَصَابَ بِهِ إِنْسَانًا فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَى هَذَا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ وَالنَّاسُ يَرْوونَهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ مُرْسَلًا وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ الصَّائِغُ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الْحَسَنِ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَخْرَجَ شَيْئًا مِنْ حَدِّهِ فَأَصَابَ بِهِ إِنْسَانًا فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَى هَذَا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ وَالنَّاسُ يَرْوونَهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ مُرْسَلًا وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ الصَّائِغُ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الْحَسَنِ
English Translation
Amr ibn Malik narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Khalid narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Malik al-Sa'igh narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Abu Bakrah, may Allah be well pleased with him, from the Prophet, blessings and peace of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever takes something out beyond his boundary and it strikes a person, he is liable." This hadith - we do not know anyone who narrated this from the Messenger of Allah except through this route with this chain. People narrate it from al-Hasan as a mursal [disconnected] report. Hammad ibn Malik al-Sa'igh is not among the strong narrators from among the companions of al-Hasan.
