English Translation
Ahmad ibn 'Abd al-Jabbar narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr ibn 'Ayyash informed us, from 'Asim, from Abu al-Malih, from Mu'adh ibn Jabal and Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with them) who said: When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) traveled, those who accompanied him closely were the Muhajirun, then the Ansar. We heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say at night during the journey: 'O Allah, You hear my words, You see my position, You know my secret and my open matters, nothing of my affairs is hidden from You.'
