عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي حَقِّ الزَّوْجِ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ قَالَ لَا تُعْطِي مِنْ بَيْتِهِ شَيْئًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ فَإِنْ فَعَلَتْ ذَلِكَ كَانَ لَهُ الْأَجْرُ وَعَلَيْهَا الْوِزْرُ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ لَيْثٍ فَذَكَرَهُ البيهقي ٧٨٥٧: عن
English Translation
From the Prophet (peace be upon him) regarding the right of the husband over his wife, he said: 'She should not give anything from his house except with his permission. If she does so, the reward is his and the sin is upon her.'
