أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ مُوسَى بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا حُمَيْدٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ كُنَّا نُبَكِّرُ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ ثُمَّ نَقِيلُ بَعْدَهَا
English Translation
Abu 'Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us... from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) who narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever sits in an assembly and engages in much idle talk, then says before standing up: Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You - he will be forgiven for what occurred in that assembly.'
