أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْأَسَدِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا آدَمُ ثنا شُعْبَةُ ثنا قَتَادَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ؓ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْبُزَاقُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ خَطِيئَةٌ وَكَفَّارَتُهَا دَفْنُهَا
English Translation
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us, Abu al-Qasim Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Hasan al-Asadi informed me, Ibrahim ibn al-Husayn narrated to us, Adam narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us. He said: I heard Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) saying: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Spitting in the mosque is a sin, and its expiation is to bury it.'
