أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَقِيهُ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الطُّوسِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَسَّانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أنبأ وَكِيعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُكَيْمٍ ؓ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ تَعَلَّقَ عِلَاقَةً وُكِلَ إِلَيْهَا
English Translation
The jurist Abu Ishaq Ibrahim ibn Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Tusi informed us: Abu al-Walid Hassan ibn Muhammad the jurist narrated to us: Ibrahim ibn Ali narrated to us: Yahya ibn Yahya narrated to us: Waki reported to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from his brother, from Abdullah ibn Ukaym (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever hangs a thing [as a charm] is entrusted to it."
