وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الْحَارِثِيُّ ثنا حُسَيْنٌ الْجُعْفِيُّ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو اللَّيْثِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ حَرَّمَ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ كُلَّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ وَالْمُجَثَّمَةَ وَالْحِمَارَ الْإِنْسِيَّ
English Translation
And Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz and Abu Sa'id ibn Abi Amr informed us, they said: Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, Ahmad ibn Abd al-Hamid al-Harithi narrated to us, Husayn al-Ju'fi narrated to us from Za'idah, from Muhammad ibn Amr al-Laythi, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited on the day of Khaybar every predatory animal with fangs, the muthajjamah (animal tied up as a target), and the domestic donkey."
