أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ ضَحَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ نِسَائِهِ بِالْبَقَرِ أَخْرَجَاهُ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ وَأُهْدِيَ هَدْيًا وَإِنَّمَا نَحَرَهُ مَنْ أَهْدَاهُ مَعَهُ
English Translation
Abu al-Husayn ibn Bishran al-'Adl informed us in Baghdad, Abu Ja'far Muhammad ibn Amr al-Razzaz informed us, Sa'dan ibn Nasr narrated to us, Sufyan ibn Uyaynah narrated to us from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Qasim from his father from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sacrificed on behalf of his wives with cattle. Both (al-Bukhari and Muslim) included it in their Sahih collections from Sufyan's narration. Al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: He gifted sacrificial animals, and those who brought the gifts with him slaughtered them.
