أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ نا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ تَعْتَدُّ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ وَالْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا مُنْذُ يَوْمِ طُلِّقَتْ وَتُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا
English Translation
Discussion of the difference between the revocable divorce (where the woman has full rights to housing and maintenance) and the irrevocable divorce (where scholars differ on housing).
