أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا هُشَيْمٌ نا أَبُو بِشْرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ اللَّمْسُ وَالْمَسُّ وَالْمُبَاشَرَةُ إِلَى الْجِمَاعِ مَا هُوَ وَلَكِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ كَنَّى عَنْهُ
English Translation
Al-Shafi'i discussed the different positions on the rights of the irrevocably divorced woman, weighing the narrations of Fatimah bint Qays against the Quranic verses and the views of the Companions.
