حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ وَجَدَ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ.
English Translation
Yahya told us, from Yahya, who said: Abu Bakr ibn Muhammad told me, from Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz, from Abu Bakr ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: "Whoever finds his exact property with a man who has gone bankrupt has more right to it."
