Arabic (Original)
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَالَ لِي أَنْفِقْ أُنْفِقْ عَلَيْكَ وَسَمَّى الْحَرْبَ خَدْعَةً.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Allah the Almighty said to me: Spend, and I will spend on you. And he called war a stratagem.'
