English Translation
Ishaq ibn Yusuf narrated to us: Sufyan narrated from al-Hasan ibn Amr from Ibn Muslim. Abdullah ibn Ahmad said: In my father's book it was "from al-Hasan ibn Muslim," but he crossed out "al-Hasan" and wrote "from Ibn Muslim" - and it is actually Muhammad ibn Muslim, Abu al-Zubayr. Al-Azraq erred. From Abdullah ibn Amr from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: "When you see my nation not saying to the oppressor among them, 'You are an oppressor,' then they have been forsaken."
