حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ قَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ حَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ قَالَ ارْمِ وَلَا حَرَجَ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً قَبْلَ أَنْ أَذْبَحَ فَقَالَ اذْبَحْ وَلَا حَرَجَ قَالَ ذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ قَالَ ارْمِ وَلَا حَرَجَ.
English Translation
Sufyan narrated from al-Zuhri from Isa ibn Talhah from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As who said: A man said: O Messenger of Allah, I shaved before I stoned. He said: Stone, and there is no harm. And another time he said: before I slaughtered. He said: Slaughter, and there is no harm. He said: I slaughtered before I stoned. He said: Stone, and there is no harm.
