English Translation
Affan told us: Abu Awanah told us, from Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad, from Mujahid, from Ibn Umar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: 'There are no days on which good deeds are greater or more beloved to Allah than in these, the first ten days (of Dhu al-Hijjah), so increase during them in tahlil (saying there is no god but Allah), takbir (saying Allah is greatest), and tahmid (praising Allah).'
