English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar told us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from his father: that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "There is no envy except in two cases: a man to whom Allah has given wealth, and he spends it through the hours of the night and the hours of the day; and a man to whom Allah has given the Qur'an, and he stands reciting it through the hours of the night and the hours of the day."
