English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar informed us, from al-Zuhri - Salim ibn Abdullah and Abu Bakr ibn Sulayman informed me - that Abdullah ibn Umar said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed the night prayer one night near the end of his life, and when he had finished with the salutation he stood up and said, "Do you see this night of yours? At the head of a hundred years from tonight, none of those now upon the face of the earth will remain." Ibn Umar said: The people were mistaken about that statement of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, in what they narrate of these hadiths concerning a hundred years; rather the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "None of those who are alive today upon the face of the earth will remain," meaning that generation would pass away.
