حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ قَطَنِ بْنِ وَهْبِ بْنِ عُوَيْمِرِ بْنِ الْأَجْدَعِ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ثَلَاثَةٌ قَدْ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمْ الْجَنَّةَ مُدْمِنُ الْخَمْرِ وَالْعَاقُّ وَالدَّيُّوثُ الَّذِي يُقِرُّ فِي أَهْلِهِ الْخَبَثَ.
English Translation
Ya'qub narrated to us: my father narrated to us, from al-Walid ibn Kathir, from Qatan ibn Wahb ibn Uwaymir ibn al-Ajda', from someone who related to him, from Salim ibn Abdullah ibn Umar, that he heard him say: Abdullah ibn Umar narrated to me that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Three, God has forbidden Paradise to them: the habitual drinker of wine, the undutiful child, and the cuckold who allows immorality to remain among his household."
