English Translation
Waki' told us, 'Abdullah ibn Nafi' told us, from his father, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "None of you should hasten from his food for the prayer." He said: And Ibn 'Umar used to hear the call to begin prayer while he was having his evening meal, and he would not hasten.
