حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ بَيْعَ خِيَارٍ.
English Translation
Sufyan narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn Dinar, who said: I heard 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar say: I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "The two parties to a sale have the option [to cancel] as long as they have not parted, unless it is a sale with a stipulated option."
