حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمْسَحُ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ فِي السَّفَرِ.
English Translation
It was narrated that Hadrat Ibn `Umar said, `Umar (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: l saw the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) wipe over his leather slippers (khuff, whilst travelling.
