حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ الْبَرَّاءِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْحَجِّ فَقَدِمَ لِأَرْبَعٍ مَضَيْنَ مِنْ ذِي الْحِجَّةِ فَصَلَّى بِنَا الصُّبْحَ بِالْبَطْحَاءِ ثُمَّ قَالَ مَنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَجْعَلَهَا عُمْرَةً فَلْيَجْعَلْهَا.
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'What I fear most for my ummah is a man who interprets the Quran out of context and a man who seeks this world using the deeds of the Hereafter.'
