حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَوَضَّأُ بِالْمُدِّ وَيَغْتَسِلُ بِنَحْوِ الصَّاعِ.
English Translation
Affan told us: Hammam told us: Qatada informed us, from Safiyya bint Shayba, from Aisha, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to perform ablution with a mudd of water and take a full bath with about a sa' of water.
