حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا رَأَى الْمَطَرَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّبًا هَنِيئًا.
English Translation
Ali ibn Ishaq told us: Abdullah informed us, from Nafi', from al-Qasim, from A'ishah: that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), when he saw rain, would say, "O Allah, a beneficial downpour."
