حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَيَزِيدَ الرِّشْكِ عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ مُرْنَ أَزْوَاجَكُنَّ أَنْ يَغْسِلُوا عَنْهُمْ أَثَرَ الْغَائِطِ وَالْبَوْلِ فَإِنَّا نَسْتَحْيِي مِنْهُمْ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ.
English Translation
Yunus told us: Aban told us, from Qatadah and Yazid al-Rishk, from Mu'adhah, from A'ishah, who said: "Command your husbands to wash off the traces of urine and stool from themselves, for we feel shy before them, and indeed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do that."
