English Translation
Abu Sa'id told us: Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi al-Rijal told us: I heard my father narrating from Amrah, from A'ishah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, swore not to go in to his wives for a month. When twenty-nine days of the month had passed, he came to go in. I said to him: "Did you not swear a month?" He said: "The month is twenty-nine days."
