English Translation
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us from Ibn Jurayj: Ata' narrated to us from A'ish ibn Anas al-Bakri, he said: Ali, Ammar, and al-Miqdad discussed together the matter of prostatic fluid (madhy). Ali said: "I am a man who emits much madhy, and I am too shy to ask him because his daughter is my wife." So he said to one of the two -- Ammar or al-Miqdad; Ata' said: A'ish named him to me but I forgot -- "Ask the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him." So I asked him, and he said: "That is madhy; let him wash that from him." I said: "What is 'that' from him?" He said: "His private part -- and let him perform ablution, doing it well," or "let him perform ablution just as his ablution for prayer, and sprinkle his private part," or "his private part."
