حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنِي حَجَّاجٌ الصَّوَّافُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنِ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ بْنِ لَاحِقٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا وَجَدَ أَحَدُكُمْ الْقَمْلَةَ فِي ثَوْبِهِ فَلْيَصُرَّهَا وَلَا يُلْقِيهَا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ.
English Translation
Isma'il narrated to us, Hajjaj al-Sawwaf narrated to me, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from al-Hadrami ibn Lahiq, from a man of the Ansar: that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: If one of you finds a louse in his garment, let him dispose of it discreetly and not throw it in the mosque.
