English Translation
Isma'il ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, Khalid al-Hadhdha' narrated to us, from Ammar ibn Abi Ammar, from Ibn Abbas, who said: I used to say regarding the children of polytheists that they are of them; then a man narrated to me from a man among the Companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him — and I met him — and he narrated to me from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: Their Lord knows them best; He created them, and He knows best about them and what they would have done.
