حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ ثَعْلَبَةَ الطَّائِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ حَلَفَ بِالْأَمَانَةِ وَمَنْ خَبَّبَ عَلَى امْرِئٍ زَوْجَتَهُ أَوْ مَمْلُوكَهُ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا.
English Translation
Waki' told us: al-Walid ibn Tha'labah al-Ta'i told us, from Abdullah ibn Buraydah, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: He who swears by trust (al-amanah) is not one of us, and whoever entices a man's wife or slave away from him is not one of us.
