حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ الصَّوَّافُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أُقِيمَتْ الصَّلَاةُ فَلَا تَقُومُوا حَتَّى تَرَوْنِي.
English Translation
Yahya narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Suhayb, from Anas, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Whoever truthfully asks Allah for martyrdom, Allah will deliver him to the station of the martyrs, even if he dies in his bed."
