حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَيْمَنَ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ طُوبَى لِمَنْ رَآنِي وَطُوبَى سَبْعَ مِرَارٍ لِمَنْ آمَنْ بِي وَلَمْ يَرَنِي.
English Translation
Abd al-Samad and Affan narrated to us and said: Hammam narrated to us: Qatada narrated to us, from Ayman, from Abu Umama, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Glad tidings for one who has seen me, and glad tidings — seven times — for one who believes in me without having seen me."
