English Translation
Rawh and Isma'il b. 'Umar told us, from Malik, from 'Abdullah b. Abi Bakr, from 'Abbad b. Tamim, that Abu Bashir al-Ansari informed him that he was with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, on one of his journeys, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sent a messenger [saying]: "No collar of bowstring, nor any collar, should remain on the neck of a camel except that it be cut off." Isma'il said: And I think he said: "while the people were in their fasting."
