حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ أَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ وَلَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ.
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Ma'mar told us, Ibn Shihab told us, from Ali ibn Husayn, from Amr ibn Uthman, from Usamah ibn Zayd, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The disbeliever does not inherit from the Muslim, nor does the Muslim inherit from the disbeliever.
