English Translation

Zayd ibn al-Hubab told us: Mu'awiya ibn Salih told us: Abu al-Zahiriyya told me, from Jubayr ibn Nufayr, from Abu Dharr, who said: We stood in prayer with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, on the night of the twenty-third of Ramadan, until the first third of the night, then he said: "I do not think that what you are seeking is anything but still ahead of you." Then we stood with him on the night of the twenty-fifth, until the middle of the night, then he said: "I do not think that what you are seeking is anything but still ahead of you." So we stood with him on the night of the twenty-seventh until dawn, and he remained silent.
