حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ الطُّفَيْلِ بْنِ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ كُنْتُ إِمَامَ النَّاسِ وَخَطِيبَهُمْ وَصَاحِبَ شَفَاعَتِهِمْ وَلَا فَخْرَ.
English Translation
Abu Ahmad az-Zubayri narrated to us: Sharik narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil, from At-Tufayl ibn Ubayy ibn Ka'b, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When the Day of Resurrection comes, I will be the leader (imam) of mankind, their speaker, and the one who intercedes for them, and this is no boast."
