حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي الرَّبِيعِ الْجُرْجَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ قَالَ ثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجَمَ مَاعِزًا وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ جَلْدًا.
English Translation
Abdullah narrated to us: Al-Hasan ibn Yahya ibn al-Rabi', who is Ibn Abi al-Rabi' al-Jurjani, narrated to us: Abd al-Samad ibn Abd al-Warith narrated to us, he said: Hammad narrated to us from Simak, from Jabir ibn Samurah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, stoned Ma'iz and did not mention flogging.
