حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكٌ هُوَ ابْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ يَكُونُ بَعْدِي اثْنَا عَشَرَ أَمِيرًا ثُمَّ لَا أَدْرِي مَا قَالَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَسَأَلْتُ الْقَوْمَ فَقَالُوا قَالَ كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ.
English Translation
Jabir ibn Samurah said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: 'There will be after me twelve leaders.' Then I do not know what he said after that. I asked the people, and they said: 'All of them from Quraysh.'
