حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكٌ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا نَحَرَ نَفْسَهُ بِمِشْقَصٍ فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِذَنْ لَا أُصَلِّيَ عَلَيْهِ.
English Translation
Jabir ibn Samurah narrated that a man stabbed himself with an arrowhead, and this was mentioned to the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: 'Then I will not pray over him.'
