حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْخَيْلُ مَعْقُودٌ فِي نَوَاصِيهَا الْخَيْرُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ الْأَجْرُ وَالْمَغْنَمُ.
English Translation
Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us: Isra’il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Urwah ibn Abi al-Ja’d, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Horses have goodness tied in their forelocks until the Day of Resurrection — reward and spoils."
