حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطٌ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ وَعَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ هَذِهِ الْحُشُوشَ مُحْتَضَرَةٌ فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ فَلْيَقُلْ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْخُبْثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ.
English Translation
Asbat told us: Sa'id and Abd al-Wahhab told us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, from al-Qasim al-Shaybani, from Zayd ibn Arqam, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: These privies are frequented by devils, so when one of you wishes to enter, let him say: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from filth and evil spirits.
