English Translation
Hajjaj narrated to us, he said: Malik, that is Ibn Mighwal, said: Talhah informed me, he said: I said to Abdullah ibn Abi Awfa: Did the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, leave a testament? He said: No. I said: Then how did he command the believers to make testaments while he himself did not make one? He said: He left as his testament the Book of Allah, Mighty and Sublime.
