حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ فِي الْكَعْبَةِ فَسَبَّحَ وَكَبَّرَ وَدَعَا اللَّهَ وَاسْتَغْفَرَهُ وَلَمْ يَرْكَعْ وَلَمْ يَسْجُدْ.
English Translation
Al-Fadl ibn 'Abbas narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) stood inside the Ka'bah and glorified Allah, declared His greatness, supplicated to Allah, and sought His forgiveness, but he did not bow or prostrate.
