قَالَ وَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ بِالْمَغْرِبِ بَابًا مَفْتُوحًا لِلتَّوْبَةِ مَسِيرَتُهُ سَبْعُونَ سَنَةً لَا يُغْلَقُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ نَحْوِهِ.
English Translation
He said: And I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, "Indeed in the west there is a gate open for repentance, whose breadth would take seventy years to traverse, which will not be closed until the sun rises from that direction."
