English Translation
He said: 'Abd al-Samad told us — and 'Ali ibn 'Abd Allah told us, before he was subjected to the inquisition — from Mulazim ibn 'Amr, who said: Hawdhah ibn Qays ibn Talq told me, from his father Qays ibn Talq, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to give the salutation of peace to his right and to his left, until the whiteness of his left cheek could be seen.
