English Translation
Abu Sa'id told us: Za'ida told us: Al-Mukhtar ibn Fulful told us, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'By the One in whose hand is my soul, if you knew what I know, you would laugh little and weep much.' They said, 'And what have you seen, O Messenger of God?' He said, 'I have seen Paradise and the Fire.' And he urged them to pray, and forbade them to precede him in bowing and prostration, and forbade them to leave before he finished the prayer, and said, 'Indeed I see you from in front of me and from behind me.'
