حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ أَنْبَأَهُمْ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ مَكْتُوبٌ ك ف ر أَيْ كَافِرٌ يَقْرَؤُهَا الْمُؤْمِنُ أُمِّيٌّ وَكَاتِبٌ.
English Translation
Rawh told us, Sa'id told us, from Qatadah, that Anas ibn Malik informed them that the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Between his eyes is written K-F-R, that is, disbeliever, which every believer will read, whether literate or illiterate.
