حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا سَلِيمُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ شَجَرَةً يَسِيرُ الرَّاكِبُ فِي ظِلِّهَا مِائَةَ عَامٍ لَا يَقْطَعُهَا قَالَ فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهِ أَبِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُحَدِّثُ.
English Translation
Abd ar-Rahman told us, Sulaym ibn Hayyan told us, from Qatadah, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Indeed in Paradise there is a tree in whose shade a rider would travel for a hundred years without crossing it." He said: I related this to my father, and he said, "I heard Abu Hurayrah relate it."
